Documents sent to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Thursday by aircraft manufacturer Boeing included conversations between the company's employees who talked about getting the agency to approve the now-beleaguered 737 Max airplanes while concealing problems with the product, The New York Times reports.
Many of the messages handed over to the agency included conversations detailing the software and flight simulator problems for the aircrafts that were withheld from the FAA, the newspaper reported.
I still havent been forgiven by God for the covering up I did last year, one of the employees said in documented messages from 2018, referencing their interactions with an FAA regulator.
Another employee asked a colleague if they would let their family fly on a Max simulator trained aircraft. The colleague responded, "No."

Welp, this company seems about kaput.
Shocker!

Annoying they couldnt have their act together in time for Trumps presidency. They were rotting away just like every one of our cherished institutions.
This is not new and was about the simulator program.
Its being brought up by the MSM again to make the Iranian shoot down of the Ukraine plane have a slight reason of doubt. Even though they are two different models of planes. Iran was/is claiming mechanical issues, while there are photos of a SAM nose cone at the crash site.
Looks like a good year for AirBus.
This company seems to have acted without adequate regard for the safety of their passengers. This company builds airplanes. What is the appropriate remedy/penalty for this depraved negligence?
“Looks like a good year for AirBus.”
Really not a lover of flying, but I have been on a couple of AirBus planes. They are quite OK.
Guys...this is NOT about defective parts or planes AT ALL!
It’s about casting ANY doubt on whether Iran shot the plane down.
ny slimes involved.
i’m so ####ing SICK of the lengths they will go to in order to hurt America!!
Who the #### cares about this information when the plane was SHOT DOWN!?!?!
Thank you for catching the obvious also.
Well, I thought it was obvious but many are commenting no this as if it was reported for ANY other reason than to clear Iran.
Enemy of the State doesn’t even Begin to describe the msm and the slimes anymore
Well, their CEO is toast now.
What?
yeah well the Boeing that Iran took down wasn’t a 737 MAX, but 737-800.
I see your point though.
My deepest condolences to the victims and families of every crash regardless of cause. :(
