I guess essentially the argument they make is if the House votes to say, oh, I don’t know, fund the Sandinistas, for the Executive to stop that goes against the Act that was passed in the 1970s. As far as I recall Reagan didn’t stop their funding but countered, as I am applaud him for doing, funding the Contras.

I voted for him to investigate politicians when they confess at CFR meetings on video... But I was disappointed.
