Mueller was shaken because he had the truth and lied through his teeth! He stated that there was no foreign collusion found. He HAD to know that that was not true.
The facts were that the DNC and Hillary’s campaign HAD colluded with foreign entities in order produce the bogus dossier which started the bogus series of FISA warrants resulting in the use of the Federal government to spy on a presidential campaign followed by spying on the President, himself.
He was shaking because he was a short series of questions away from having to admit to his lies and the lies of his report! A few good questions would have fully revealed the extent of the Deep State.
