In the 80’s the California lottery was sold as all the money going to the schools. 34 years later we’re still waiting for the money going to the schools.
Isn’t a portion still actually going to the schools, but what it added was then taken away from tax revenues? Feels like money laundering in a way.
HALF of the $$$ from the tickets bought was supposed to go to the schools. The other half was paid out to the Lottery winners.
I know people have asked for all these years for an AUDIT of the Lottery $$$, but the Dems have pushed it off every time.
SOMEDAY, there will be an audit, and all hell will beak loose.
