From reading around the web its also looking to be much more wide spread in China than the official news is admitting.
I just keep recalling that it wasn’t long ago that a new Level 4 bio research facility was built and certified by the Chinese in Wuhan.
There are possibly seven Level-Four bio-facilities in China.
