This is the only person on the street I've found, and it's shown from various positions in the news but still the same guy. who's to say he just didn't faint, or on drugs or a vast number of other possibilities.

However it certainly adds to the 'panic' when you have Emt's running around in Hazmet suites complete with oxygen masks. Chinese are superstitious to begin with.
