In a population of over 10 million, about 500 deaths would be expected every day — without a pandemic being involved. Of those, perhaps 200 would have died of heart attack or stroke — which often result in a sudden, unexpected death. My guess is that it’s a lot more “normal” than we’d like to think.
So normally they have people falling all over jamming up hospitals and deploying hazmat troops
