Doesn’t matter if it were free. You can’t get the silver particles to where they’re needed (virons floating through the air or on random surfaces). Ingesting CS gives no benefit. Silver preparations do work to prevent or treat topical infections, but useless for internal infections including in the lungs.
Well, they could always ask the US for more aid.

I've been using it since 1995 and it works every time. I almost look forward to getting this particular flu that China has so I can knock it out. One nice swig will usually knock it down in about an hour @ 100ppm.
Because information I am seeing, just in Wuhan alone its 100,000 infected with the dead piling up in the hospital hallways...
They’re also digging up the roads into the infected areas...
