Johnston Island would be a great place to hold them for 3 weeks.
We stored chemical weapons there for decades.
Still have some nuclear waste on one corner of Johnston. Also this virus is reported to survive longer on surfaces that are relatively cool. Johnston is hot, averaging 82 this time of year, so although uncomfortable it would be easier to control the virus there.
