The manuscript may have been just an excerpt of what Bolton has to say. In any event Bolton’s testimony won’t be limited to the leaked manuscript.
The key is what will Bolton say as a witness and will it damage Trump — not just for this impeachment — for his reelection.
Bolton would be under oath. I doubt Bolton had that much one on one alone time with Trump. Thus there would likely be other witnesses around to refute or corroborate his account.
My guess is it matters little whether he testifies or not.
To your point ... if Lindsey knows Bolton’s testimony will not harm Trump and in fact make the dems look foolish it could be a great move. We will see ... because I would be surprised at this point if Bolton doesn’t testify.
