Haha. Love it but hate mittens. What is with the Mormon Mafia in politics. They are always on the wrong side of America.
To: Sarah Barracuda
IIRC, Joe Manchin is expected to be a no for witnesses.

From Lamar!'s statement .....
There is no need for more evidence to conclude that the president withheld United States aid, at least in part, to pressure Ukraine to investigate the Bidens; the House managers have proved this with what they call a 'mountain of overwhelming evidence.'
What a load of Bovine Scatology.

This PHASE is over. Now the Dems will move on to milking every drop of “He’s been impeached” in the runup to November. We are going to hear it nonstop for almost eleven months.

Is Murkowski in favor or opposed? has Romney publicly taken a position?

Rules for Impeachment is 50/50 is a failWatch the Dems try to change the rules so that a tie is unacceptable and votes must be taken until a majority is reached.
(Interview on Fox with Senator Cruz. At the end with the Fox newsperson signaling the interview end, Curz rushes to say that tomorrow it will be over and Trump will be convicted!!)

The VP would have a conflict of interest if he presided over a presidential trial of impeachment.
So thats why hes excluded from presiding over the Senate.
