The real question is why don’t they care about the raw sewage LA & San Fran are dumping into the ocean?

I wonder how much it’ll cost to intercept San Francisco’s waste.

San Diego already process a lot of TJ’s sewage at Pt. Lima sewage treatment plant. The line to it goes right down Harbor Dr. and there is a pumping station and standby pump right by the airport.
