Actually she is a doctor who speaks with a strong west Chinese accent so only native speakers can understand her correctly according to resident FR Chinese speakers - she did not use the word for infected when she was speaking - she did NOT say 90,000 infected cases, but rather 90,000 DEAD.

So it may be even worse than the Tencent leaked number
