I suggest charging them with “Abuse of Power” and “Contempt of Congress”. That way the vote will be more bipartisan.
How “teeing up” some military tribunals for a certain couple of attempted coup leaders, now that we beat these assholes at their game?
That’s what I’d love to see, especially on the Supreme Court, but since all courts are so politicized now there would be no chance of removal I’m afraid.
That would be a waste of time because the House has to impeach first, and the Senate will need 67 votes to convict. That’s not going to happen.
