John Wayne came in at fourth place in the Iowa caucuses? Who knew. So I guess Biden was fifth, or worse.
I work with a number of folks in their 20s. Some of my references are unknown to them. For example, one young man never knew Mission Impossible was a TV series, decades before the first movie was ever made.
The idiot joked, supposedly, while referring to a movie made almost fifty years before lovely Ms. Moore was born. Apparently, he is convinced that any film he’s blessed with his presence will be cherished by the grateful populace forever.
The scary thing is that he was a member of Congress for the most of his adult life and US vice-president for eight years...

She attends a college in Georgia, obviously Biden assumed she was a deplorable and acted according to his playbook. Don Lemon was ready to jump in but couldn’t stop laughing.

This was a softball question Biden should have knocked out of the park with a canned answer.
First of all, apparently the reporterette, Katelyn Caralle, didn’t even watch the vid. Biden did not insult the questioner, he insulted another young lady who was proudly smiling and pointing to herself when Biden asked the group “ever been to a caucus?”
Second, I have no idea why Biden’s insult is supposed to be any less of an insult because it came from some movie, or why which movie matters. Biden’s tone of voice is clearly annoyed and confrontational toward the young lady who merely seems to be pointing herself out in answer to his question - a little “giddy” to be on camera, perhaps, but nothing that warranted a harsh response. If Biden had anything but turds in his head, he’d respond something like, “ok, then you know how this works” and go on.
In any case, the line is an insult, especially to an overweight “kinda-average-looking” (my words) young woman.
Taken from the context of the line (post US Civil War), Biden was calling up a Native American insult toward their opponent, the US Army Cavalry.
Taken from the situation on the spot, Biden was calling the young lady a liar (he had no way to know if she was “telling the truth”, unless the Dems are trying to keep young voters out of their caucuses - could be a Biden team tactic, I suppose), he’s calling her ugly, and I think he’s inferring she’s a plant trying to make him look bad. (That last might be deniable, but, again, how would he know? If he / the Biden campaign did know, why did the Biden campaign put her there - total incompetence? I personally think that’s reading too much into it: I think Biden didn’t “know” other than him being in a defensive, confrontational mood after the other young lady’s original, rather lengthy but polite challenge / question.)
It’s too bad Ms. Moore & all nearby (except Biden’s security people) are apparently snowflakes / probably were “wowed” by being proximate to a former VP. Somebody should have called Biden out on the spot. Vigorously.

Just stop. She was referring to what does she know about a caucus. Then she said just answer the damn question to the reporter. With her hair diwm, shev is a typical attractive college student. On the debate team on class trip. It was inappropriate. Its Bidens jie the plumber moment.
