Well defeating the open-borders, sanctuary-cities Democrats would be a good start!

Right now it's a "fad" market. Once people start growing their own the bottom will drop out. They don't call it weed for nothing.

Weed's not the problem but the hardcore drugs already have a business model, the alcoholic beverage industry. There is no difference between a junkie and a drunk.

I have seen option#2 and it is 100% effective but both call for personal accountability and America lost that battle long ago.

Unless step 1 involves the Federal Reserve Corporation and US Banks, nothing else really matters.

You Can NOT have a War on Drugs without Drugs.

“Puff” is based on the C-47, not the C-130 shown in the picture.

And it’s Vietnam-era, not Korea.

You have to make them fear you as they fear nothing else.

Knew it was somewhere around that time.

"Puff the Magic Dragon" is the first iteration of the AC-130 which has been upgraded to the AC-130J. Various image from different versions but you get the idea

I am dubious of the supposition that labeling the cartels as terrorist organizations would automatically result in a huge influx of asylum claims. The author only cites a Mexican government source and I don’t trust the Mexican government. There is no elaboration as to why this is so. The use of military forces in a combat role along the border and even into Mexico would seem to have a similar effect and the author doesn’t seem concerned.

The other idea of using Tier 1 special operations groups like Delta and SEAL Team 6 in close cooperation with the Mexican government is also a non-starter. The op sec problems with that would be massive. The author is naive to even suggest it.

“Puff the Magic Dragon” was originally applied to the C-47 variant.
