It's obvious where Jr. butt-edge got his psychobabble from. This all sounds like the output from one of those computer programs that generates fake technical papers by generating sentences by randomly selecting subjects and verbs from other technical papers.

It's like Jr. Butt-edge on the stump. On the surface he sounds smooth and poised. Yet, when you analyze what he actually says, it's just meaningless blather.
