Snopes is a dubious source, but in the case it is correct. Mayor Pete’s father was a rather famous Marxist and Professor of English at Notre Dame. He advocated a political strategy making the “long march” through American institutions to destroy American culture, political system, and institutions in favor of a Marxist system. Such a strategy is currently on going and produces people like Pete Buttigeg who lie about their background, intentions, and beliefs.
It’s very likely this will be changed (amended) if Buttyboy were to get the nomination. That’s one of the “advantages” of electronic media (internet) over tradition books (hard copies) It’s quite simple to manipulate, edit, or even erase electronic files over paper ones.
That’s why most of us still insist on a paper ballot when we vote.
