“Without his permission” ? Misleading headline.
I think they are trying to make Trump sound like a dictator?
I hate headlines which make an inflammatory statement but end with " :report". The headline writer knows that the little convention at the end will be missed by most people and omitted entirely in many so-called copies to other formats.
Then the article begins with a statement ending with "according to a report." Who made the report? The report could have been something written on a piece of paper by the writer's friend.
