Yup. Frankly, I am surprised a tough, seasoned businessman from New York like Bloomberg would make a basic mistake like that.
The correct answer when a pack of blood thirsty hyenas are after you is, you don't give an inch. The women signed the NDA in return for substantial amounts of money. They'd better stick to it.

As for the three NDAs Bloomberg has chosen to release, I’ll bet those three women just got a bump in pay: Follow the script and it’s $50,000 per year for the rest of your life.

And that’s why Trump never apologizes and never gives in directly to their demands. Their demands were made to make Bloomberg look weak. They don’t give a DimocRats arse about these women.

Get rid of NDAs entirely. Or do as we should do with *ALL* classified material and patents, set a 5 or 7 year limit.
