Money often talks louder. Maybe Bloomberg’s lawyer said something like this to these women: Keep quiet and sign this NDA. In return, you will be paid $100,000 now and $20,000 per year for the rest of your life.

As for the three NDAs Bloomberg has chosen to release, I’ll bet those three women just got a bump in pay: Follow the script and it’s $50,000 per year for the rest of your life.
