There is a company- stock ticker APT- that makes masks in the US. The stock has been on wild ride. When I first posted about it here it was in the 5s. Went up to around 50 in overnight hours this week. Now $21. It is gyrating like crazy.

3M has been contracted to make some somewhere like in North Dakota. But yeah, we’ve obviously been relying on China for a long time. Some could argue that the higher the market price the more new producers we will draw into the market.
