I’m genuinely surprised at this...he wasn’t doing badly. Seems a bit early to pull the plug unless he’s done a backroom (no pun intended) deal with one of the other candidates. Bloomy maybe? Or Sleepy Joe?

I was hoping all those still in would stay in until the convention.I want to see Sanders NOT get an actual majority of delegates and get euchred out of the nominationi. That will keep most of his partisans home in the election, or voting for Trump for spite.

Story was that he and Biden were exchanging voice mail messages all day ... gotta be something going on there because he had no real reason to pull out, and many in the “Super Tuesday” states have already voted early. If I were a D who voted early for Mayor Pete, I’d be livid at his pulling out at this point.

AND he did this after meeting with Jimmy Carter who could have made an offer on behalf of the “establishment” that wants to keep Bernie off the ticket at all costs.

Between the two of them I would suspect a deal will be struck with sleepy Joe Biden. Despite Bloomberg having the money, I don’t think he has a good chance at winning compared to Joe Biden. I suspect Joe Biden is the preferred candidate chosen by the DNC Leader ship.
