I don't know the nephew or his uncle, but I'd surmise it's to do as much good on earth as he can, even if the way is hard. I think jobs like his are good ones to ponder in Lent.
Cause he inherited crooked genes like his uncle :)
He spends MANY HOURS extra reading for ways to legally charge people and hold them.
