Whether he does or not practically, don’t be surprised if he keeps running the ads as if he were running.
I think he did this to setup an Independent Run, he knew he wasn’t going to get the Rat Nomination, but he may get enough Centrist Democrat Votes, along with never Trumper Republican votes.
That’s why I say, he’s going to run with one of: Romney, Kasich or Jeb.
