No Chinaman. It’s not Soviet propaganda, it’s straigh t from the national archives that Prescott had his business seized in the spring of 42 and the assets were held for the remainder of the war. It’s very well documented.
He kept on after war was declared in Dec 41 until the Feds stepped in.
He narrowly avoided prosecution. As for Poland, you have a screw loose. In what universe was Poland ever going to act as a buffer to protect Russia from Germany?

Go out to the mailbox and get your Bush family paycheck.

In substance, Prescott Bush’s violation of the ban on trading with Germany consisted of helping a German who was hostile to Hitler get financial assets out of Nazi Germany and into the US. Since the violation did no harm to the US and conferred no benefit on the Nazi regime, only a nominal punishment was imposed. And justly so, it seems to me.

Lots of American businesses had German branches. IBM had a German branch that was frozen. Bayer AG had an American branch that was frozen. That’s what multi-national companies do - they have overseas businesses, that in time of war, might be frozen.

Your Russian sympathies and preference for Soviet propaganda smearing your fellow Americans are well-established. Have you considered returning to the Motherland to offer your services to the Russian Armed Forces? Maybe you could go after those Ukrainian “Nazis” that you katsaps seem to hate so much.

The conquest of Poland, despite being attacked on both sides by Russia and Germany, lasted 35 days. The Battle of France lasted 46 days despite that fact that France had far superior weaponry relative to Poland, had the support of the British Expeditionary Force, and was attacked only from the east. The 35 days that Poland fought is 35 days more grace period than Russia got when the Germans crossed the border during Barbarossa. The lack of that breathing space is why millions of Russians were immediately encircled and taken prisoner. Not to mention - if Germany had invaded Poland without Russia simultaneously invading from the east, France would have invaded Germany from the west. It was the alliance between Russia and Germany that held France back.

Again, wouldn’t you be happier living in Russia, where your Russia propaganda would meet with sympathetic nods among your fellow katsaps?
