Joe’s dementia will only get worse with the rigors of the campaign. The Democrat establishment might succeed in getting rid of Bernie, but Joe’s gaffes and mental lapses might cause more problems. Imagine Joe having a meltdown after getting the nomination?
I have spent more time than I cared to in what they now call Personal Care Homes as several relatives have had Alzheimer’s. I recognize the look when I see recent footage of Biden: the confusion and simultaneous frustration/anger as the mind spins, searching for that word or phrase or name that lies beyond the fog.
He’s not fit for the campaign, even if he weren’t a despicable con man.
From the way he’s been portrayed in skits, Biden wasn’t SNL’s first choice of candidate. They’ll probably go easier on him now though that he’s the likely nomineee.
