A video by authorities in Vietnam about how to prevent COVID-19 coronavirus was so catchy it went viral.
The pop song, a collaboration between musicians and Vietnam's health ministry, has been viewed more than five million times on YouTube.
Music composer Khac Hung wrote the music and lyrics, and it is sung by popstars MIN and Erik.
The Saigoneer site explains the melody was used in a previous hit by these artists, entitled Ghen, but the lyrics were changed.

Schoolhouse Rock just might reach the younger folks, if applied to this message. Almost all of them grew up with that influence. “Wash your hands, don’t touch your face, stay out of any crowded place.”
Put it into a jingle and they won’t be able to get it out of their heads.

Me it is somewhat disturbing that many here in Free Republic have become chicken littles and bought into the mainstream media’s height which is contributing to the global economic meltdown. I really don’t understand those who have abandoned the thought that this could be done on purpose. Somehow this is just a little time organic virus and we’re all going to die and therefore we need to celebrate new songs that help us with hand-washing. First of all believing that this is a bad thing and that it was done on purpose to help the globalist obtain the power that they want had before President Trump are not mutually exclusive. Those of us who believe this was done on purpose or somehow looked at as fruitcakes who don’t believe that the virus is real. That is simply not true what I’m saying is it was done on purpose and yes all of those things including the CIA including the hedge fund billionaires who are working with the globalists all did this on purpose and the scientists working at Harvard with China all are part of this. To believe otherwise is simply foolish especially when you consider you know good and well this would not have happened if Clinton or Obama were in power right now. So pardon me if I don’t get all excited about a new hand-washing video. I am more concerned with finding the people who are responsible and seeing them properly dealt with. And I’m very concerned and want this virus to be stopped.
