At best, the numbers coming from the factories is that they are at about 40%. This is due to a shortage of materials (internally supplied) and a shortage of people.
I wonder where the people are?
My husband’s company has a factory in China. Weeks ago they had Chinese New Year and all of the workers go home. Home can be 20 miles away or hundreds. They were told to stay home but they are slowly returning. They are temperature scanned when they get back and numerous sanitizing stations have been set up throughout the factory. They are at about 50% of their total workforce.
