Yep, you might as well try herding cats, than to do that in the US.
I do like the idea of Sentinel testing. Getting ahead of it in a large city would be useful. But...no one wants to pay for it.
To compare Singapore with the USA is wrong. The USA is a continental spanning nation with a population of over 300 million. Singapore is an island based micro state with a population of just over 5 million. To even compare the two and what they did in regard to this virus is worthless.
