That is already happening from a interview of an Italy doctor I saw the other day. They have to choose who lives and who dies.

Not surprising at all. Medical resources are always finite. They become inadequate in situations of catastrophe, whether war, natural disaster, or overwhelming pandemic.

Triage is the only ethical way to administer assistance so as to avoid futile effort, waste and duplication, and save as many lives as possible.
