The Broward School district is notorious for calculatedly labeling kids with ‘various disorders’....but only those disorders that meet the criteria to collect additional tax dollars from the state and federal government.......Obama's addlepated plan to keep minorities off police roles.
Once the school gets approved, Broward does not spend the $$$tax dollars on the kid. They mainstream all these troubled kids and collect the $$$ to enrich the system....and fill their own pockets. It’s an expensive scam.
The announcement came October 18, 2016 Broward County was the only large urban school district in the country to receive a Teacher Incentive Fund (TIF) grant from the US Dept. of Education totaling $53,808, 909 . One of the TIF's grant priorities is listed as "improved life for students in poverty/students of color."
