Connecticut not on that list BUT...

“Stay safe, stay home” begins Monday at 8pm in CT according to news reports.

“ordering non-essential businesses to either close until the crisis passes or allow their employees to work from home.”

Tonight the news reports state CT has 4 dead of coronavirus and 194 cases confirmed.
