Obviously, you’ve never read his books. Obviously, you are one of the many people unaware of BK as a business strategy and the fact that there are numerous forms of BK.
His BK’s were declared shortly after he bought distressed businesses. They were reorganization BK’s. This a business strategy designed to allow him to get rid of incompetent employees and dump ill-advised accrued debt by previous owners and management IN ORDER TO SAVE THE BUSINESS.
Most people are not aware of the various types of BK. Most people are only aware of Personal BK’s which they associate with irresponsible personal behavior.
The Dems and the Media are aware of this ignorance and they attempted to use that ignorance against Trump when he ran for President.

I learned about this a few years ago. A large customer of a company I used to work for did this. They acquired a much larger competitor. Weeks later, they declared reorganization. We were told it was all part of the business plan.
Side story: We were part of a sponsor package on a NASCAR team that year. six of the top ten creditors were decals on the car.
They made it good, all debts were eventually paid and the company is a success today. You have all heard of them.
