Just in routine things like the rollout of the Affordable Care Act...The pampered prince simply declares he wants Obamacare to happen and one year later his platoon of idiots rollout a faulty website, as if that’s all there is to it. No infrastructure, no other legislation, nothing. They were completely incompetent. Talked a big game, but incapable of DOING anything. Obama’s and Hillary’s foreign policy was the same way.
