Notice the last three NYC mayors who had presidential aspirations in recent decades, folks:

1. Rudy Giuliani
2. Kaiser Willem DeBlasio
3. Mini-Mike Bloomberg

Their political campaigns all ended in pathetic, humiliating defeat -- and for the same basic reason: They are all solutions to problems that most Americans don't have.
