One duct taped to esch hand and those duct taped behind their backs...and even that is going too easy on these MOFOS for the damage they and their propagandists have done to this republic. Do it under the auspices of “In order to form a more perfect union”.
I would prefer to have their filled hands in front. Just so they can get the full visual impact.
