Yes, I know what we all read, which contained supposed DOJ sources (anonymous I believe) but not directly from Barr, and with those sources “interpretation”, but all those interpretations missed the salient point, that the changes the DOJ was suggesting were directed at changes for the judiciary, via chief judges, NOT in any authority for the DOJ. The background was in how to get over a COURT’S (not the DOJ) backlog on their calendar when a crisis was making getting the court’s work done difficult.
