Fredo’s brother says New York is not getting enough tax money to spend.
The tax checks to individuals/families are rebates and nontaxable?
After all the money NY took in after 9/11 you’d think they’d be prepared for everything short of a direct nuclear strike or an asteroid.

How many years ago was it that NYC declared bankruptcy? for every 2 people actually working then, 3 were on the dole.

Now that he's proven that telecommuting is an acceptable business practice, New York City clearly doesn't need taxpayers in the other states to pay for the new passenger rail tunnels between New York and New Jersey that he's been whining for. He can pay for his own damn tunnels.
That's also a lot of city and state income tax (yes, they charge both to out of state commuters) that off-site employees in New Jersey won't need to pay. How can Cuomo say he needs money when he's working so hard to chase businesses out of New York?
