What?

Is Texas locked down because a judge ordered it? For real?

The County Judge in Texas is the chief administrator, top county elected Official. The County Judge at one time actually was a judge, but, except in some rural counties, they don’t actually preside as a judge. Pretty much ended that in the 1980’s.
