Plenty of rats all over New York City, and its outlying counties...two-legged, and four-legged. They're all bringers of pestilence. There's even the two-legged pizza rat Hillary, who sent pizza to the staff of one NY hospital. Leave it to her and Bill to send a food product people use their hands to eat.
