Watched a Youtube interview with a South Korean infectious disease doctor. He said he was surprised the western governments and WHO were not advising people to wear face masks. He said Asians wear face masks due to their experience with SARS1 in 2003 so there is no stigma to it and he credited it with helping keep the numbers low in Korea.
