To: Pearls Before Swine

It’s one thing to do a double blind study when you have the luxury of time and lives aren’t assuredly on the line. When people will likely die without it, in my opinion it’s malpractice to give people a placebo just for the sake of double blind methodology and they die because they got the placebo.
