Per the above link, NYS has told nursing homes to take back WuFlu patients from hospitals. Last I knew Fed guidance said the nursing homes can refuse under certain circumstances. Someone should ask the C-Team about this..
POTUS: I'm going to leave that decision up tot he governors. They're doing a great job and I like this from our constitution standpoint.
