I haven’t called him a liar. He’s working with the information in good faith, as it was given. I think the numbers will be less, because he’s done a fantastic job of doing the rights to contain it at minimal cost to the American people.

Then you are calling him a fool because he is no longer smart enough to know he is being lied to. You are calling Pence a fool because he's not smart enough to look at the data and realize it is being manipulated.
