I read about these a few years ago. Completely legal to carry anywhere, even in weapons-adverse nations like UK and in most places not likely to draw unwanted attention. In the hands of a well trained person, could be quite devastating and surprising to an assailant.
Same thing with a
cane.Whenever I walk anywhere, I carry a cane. You don't have to "fake a limp" or any of that stupid crap, just carry it. After a while, you get used to it and feel weird if you don't have it.
