Maybe they are using Raoult’s protocol but Boris is showing minor QT prolongation and they need CCU room, or if they’re going to switch to remdesivir now, can have some minor side effects. But if he’s getting antibody plasma and either treatment above, and is still sliding sideways, got to turn it around by Wednesday...

Not age. Underlying medical conditions. #1. BMI > 30 with diabetes. #2. Heart condition #3. Lung condition Johnson has these conditions?
Not the best news.
Is/was he a smoker?

Well, somebody just needs to call over there and tell him it’s just the flu!

What’s ECMO?
And I don’t think that’s exclusive to the UK. Does anyone here actually think they have access to the same quality of health care as our “betters” in Congress?

“Every day, drop that rate by 10 points. 4 or 5 days on a vent and he is not going to make it.”
If you are put on a ventilator it drops to almost zero.

“Johnson has these conditions?”
I have no idea.
To: StAnDeliver
at my hospital, sometimes a patient needing an acute coronary care bed is sent to ICU if no acute coronary beds are available...
this man is an important man, and he needs to be saved...

Very much restricted. From your link:
Clinical trials are ongoing to test chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine as an agent in the treatment of COVID-19 or to prevent COVID-19 infection. These clinical trials are still not completed, so no conclusions have been reached on the safety and effectiveness of this medicine to treat or prevent COVID-19.
Until we have clear, definitive evidence that these treatments are safe and effective for the treatment of COVID-19, they should only be used for this purpose within a clinical trial.
