They may have put numbers in for the likelihood of infection with such-and-such sort of social distancing with such-and-such level of compliance. But I have yet to see a model described where “such-and-such” is clearly defined, let alone what those numbers are and how they arrived at them. It’s all black magic, don’t ask, they’re the experts.
I also don’t know how “social distancing” morphed into “shut down any business that the Governor thinks is non-essential”. Where is even a computer model, good or bad, that addresses that?

There was no model. They just kept babbling terms no one fully understood the meaning of, thinking since “experts” used those terms, there MUST be some good PLAN behind them.
