I think this is all BS. If someone dies outside a hospital, there must be an autopsy to determine cause of death. An autopsy will determine is Covid 19 was a cause of implicated. I would think that the coroner would be required to report that.
Dead bodies are piling up before they can make burial arrangements. Nobody is going to do autopsies.
