I support the pro-life movement, just not the civil disobedience. And, yes, there is clearly a continuum where judgment is involved.
Unrighteous Rulers have always used force to ban gatherings that are politically against them. That is why the right to assemble is a foundational part of the Constitution.
The woman who chose to recieve the counciling had her right to choose taken from her as well, as well as the right to assemble.
Women have the right to choose, as long as it the choice Progressives have made for them.

Serious question... what powers does the Fed Govt have in a time of national emergency, and what has to be done, officially & constitutionally, to enact them?
I think much of what is going on is unconstitutional, people will put up with it for a short finite time if they see the common good. But we know the left is salivating.
